January 20, 2026
Online, 1:00 – 2:00 PM
A startup thrives when its innovation is not only brilliant, but strategically protected. This presentation will explore how a well-structured combination of patent protection, trademark positioning, design rights and robust trade-secret management secures technological advantages, strengthens market presence and builds investor-ready credibility. Founders will learn when to disclose, when to keep silent, and how to shape an IP portfolio that grows with the business. By recognising risks early and avoiding avoidable missteps, start-ups can convert brilliant ideas into defensible, scalable and long-lasting competitive value.
