🔊 Our member HIN offers free online IT Security Awareness courses for SHS members.

The online series of HIN Awareness trainings are specialized in IT security, data protection and information security in healthcare.

The training, will sensitize you to the challenges of data protection in everyday work and to the dangers posed by cybercrime. You learn how to recognize these and thus optimally protect your data.

 

Initial situation

Cyberattacks pose a major threat to medical practices, hospitals, nursing homes and other healthcare facilities. Serious consequences such as data loss, violation of patient confidentiality or financial damage are occurring more and more frequently. Often, employees are caught in the crosshairs of cybercriminals. The solution is a holistic approach consisting of technical defense measures, the deployment of specialists and the sensitization of employees. In the seminar, you will learn about important tools and security measures to protect yourself optimally against the dangers from the Internet.

• be sensitized to existing challenges and risks for data and systems
• know data and systems in need of protection in the healthcare sector
